Formatter option docs
One page per formatting option: what it changes, its allowed values and default, real before/after output from the engine, and when each setting makes sense.
- Indent spaces option How many spaces each nesting level gets (default 4), and how tabs in your input are handled.
- Maximum columns option The line width the formatter aims for (default 120), and how 0 turns wrapping off.
- Comma placement option Trailing commas (default) or leading commas in SELECT lists and other comma-separated items.
- Keyword case option Uppercase (default) or lowercase keywords, what is left untouched, and identifiers that are also keywords.
- Parentheses on new line option Whether an opening parenthesis that starts a block stays on the same line (default) or moves to its own line.
